The response from Jeff Grey is exactly what I wouldve expected, but if you get all upset and start threatening this that and the next thing you are unlikely to get anywhere.

Talk to them reasonably, get some evidence together and show them some photos and see where it gets you. If they still wont play ball then consider your options.

There is no point in arguing about why. You may as well ask why an e39 widescreen tv wont fit into your e34.

You can set yourself up for life at 18 with 25k in your back pocket. $15k in the bank, $10k to start off at varsity job done.

It all depends on whether you need the money really. If youve managed to spend more than that in the car already at 18 you cant be doing too badly

I would expect them to be able to flick that off very quickly for a huge profit. He should easily be able to double that by selling privately.

Its not a stereo mate, its the display unit. Its not something you can just plug into an e39 and have work unless you have the 4:3 screen already. I dont think Ive seen anyone retrofit one into an e39 with just the radio in it.

Im sure you can but your talking a hell of a lot of money to do it.
