yes its on the LHS.

There are some other black boxes there with the aux battery as well, no idea what they are for either !!??

I dont know whats under the rear seat, will look tonight.

Is there any manuals etc that show the location of the electronic boxes etc??

looking at possibly upgrading the front seats to recaro, but finding very hard to locate!!.

Do any later model recaro style seats fit (current are elec)

The cam in my auto E34 has a worn cam lobe, now a couple of questions....

Has anybody replaced the cam with a hotter one?? and if so how wold the engine computer work with the cam (need to be reprogramed ??)
