  1. The ETK does give you your options list, its kind hidden at the top of the menu once you have searched your car by VIN.

As a general rule we don't use ETK to identifty options for a vehicle as it's been proven to be not as reliable (misses certain options) as ASAP.

  2. Just to add to this for you guys.. I think your best bet will be to look for new Mini steelies as they have the correct centre bore.

MINI steelies will need their centres widened, their centre bore is 56.1

I'd be keen for 16" or 17" 5x120 pattern. Any ideas where to get that sort of wheel from? I heard some newish 3 series had 17" steelies, anybody can confirm that myth??

    E46's had 17" steelies.

  3. Hi Guys

Unfortunately I have not been around for a while because we have been very very busy at work. We have had over 1000 different sets of wheels land and 2000 tyres in the past month. And we still have another 1500 tyres to unload!!

Anyway we have just landed a GOLD BBS RS rep in 16x8 5x112/120 ET30. Nice and wide and quite an aggressive offset for your 3 series. They may also work on E30 M3 and some 5 series. Keep an eye on here over the next few days as I endeavour to get some photos up of the other new stuff.

    cheers

    Johno

Is that the exact rim? Looks beaut!

If you need a 5x120 E30 to test fit on, I know a guy :D

  4. You're all aware then, that the booms only work in almost completely calm conditions, and they might have contained all the oil right up until today when the wave action rendered them useless. the choices made might have been different, but the outcome would have been the same.

Does the guy who offered the inflatable barges have any experience whatsover with transferring fuel from a stricken container ship 22km out to sea? Or was he plucking figures out of thin air when he said he could have had it done in 4 days?
