NZI is currently getting phone and software upgrades tho so they say we have to do that "security check" more to update our records, because half the time there's something wrong on the postal, or the mobile phone number is old, or it has the default birthdate coz at the time of taking the insurance out they were unsure of their partner's DoB... as well as a lame attempt at confirming you are who you say you are...
