I'm looking to replace the head unit in my 2001 E39. At present I only have a basic radio and cassette (YES Cassette) in the flap above the radio. I'm looking to replace the complete unit with the one with the screen. Let me know what you have...? What I Have.......! What I Want... (or similar)! Cheers

Hi All, Just picked up a Kayak, but now need to think about how I get it to the water........?? Does anyone have, or know where to get a hold of roof bars? Or has anyone bought them recently and know how much they are? Cheers

Pull it back as hard as you can, making sure it bends the gear stick. Put the foot hard on the gas keeping it there up a dead end street! Once you hit the wall at the other end, claim it of the insurance as a right off and buy a go-kart??Sorted!!!

Just trying to find an answer?? I have a basic head unit in my E39 (Radio & Cassette). It has a 6 disc changer in the boot. Over and above this it has a Panasonic DVD Car Navigation System ( model No.CN-DV5500) wired in the boot, yet there is no screen evident for this to work?? WOuld these have been fitted as standard, or do you think it may have had a screen fitted as an accessory that may have been removed? If the latter is the case, do you think I would be able to install a monitor and utilise this. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

Hi All, Does anyone have any idea if/how you can retrofit cruise control in to the existing steering wheel of my 525i M-Sport? Ideally if someone can point me in the right direction of someone who can do this for me as I don't think I would have the skills required. Cheers

Many Thanks Gordon...much appreciated.I tried polishing the bonnet yesterday...it came up quite well....but will try removing the wax on the rest of the car before I do any more.. Will post some pics up when finished...

Hi All.....On to my 6th car in 4 years and have ended up with a 525i M-Sport (2001)...Love it! Yes, it doesn't have the power that some of the other cars I have had, but it is such a great ride...and a solid car. No doubt I will be posting as I go forward, so look forward to all the possitive feedback.. Hello to All......
