Hi guys. I have a E30 and my front left wheel squeals when I drive at a constant speed or if I turn right. It stops when I break but it comes back again soon after. I know it has something to do with the breaks but not sure on how to fix it. If any one knows how to fix it please let me know. cheers

gutted man. hey i have been going to a place called EUROPEAN STYLE PANEL & PAINT which is on 226 Marua Rd in Ellerslie. he has done some work on my old bmw and he did a good job. just say you want to pay cash and he will knock off the GST im sure he will do it. he did it for me and his prices were pretty cheap. maby go in for a qoute and see.

hey I had a M sport shift boot that i sold on trade me about 3 months ago. it had the three stripes. i bought it off ebay. cost me $15 usd so just go on there and you will be able to buy one.

hey man. if the solinoids (cant spell) are fuct then i think they are around $250 each and i think the actuator is around $400 from memory. i had to replace the solinoids in all 4 doors and the actuator in my bimmer. all the doors were deadlocked except the drivers door and i had to take the door cards off all the doors with them shut. $800 in labour hopfully your problem isn't as bad as mine

just make sure they do put longer bolts in tho because i bought some mags for my e30, drove out the shop and i felt the wheel shaking. I turned to go back to the wheel shop and sure enough my front left wheel fell off and roled 400m down the road. i was only doing about 40kmh when it fell off but f**k i was lucky the wheel didnt role into any incoming cars or damage the car. the whole trip from driving out of the shop was about 350m before the wheel fell off. but now i have a set of wheels with the corect offset. just check the bolts before you drive away. the spacers i had on i think were 8mm. if i was you i would just look around and find some wheels that fit.

yeah same thing happend to me in my old BM when i took it to the auto sparky he fixed it and a week later they were doing the same thing again. its a bitch when it happens and my auto sparky said he couldent find the fault when he looked at it again. if any one does know what the comon fault is let us know. sorry im no help buddy

Sweet just looked at your profile and you have alot of pics on it!! yeah the car has started to smoke quite a bit. the guy before me got a qoute for like a grand to fix it. but i thought i may aswell drive it for another year and then put a 2.7 in it with lower km. looks like you spent a bit of $$ on it with the paint job and extractors. nice work!! yeah even tho its getting tierd its still a fun car to drive. just ordered my number plates today to put on. so yeah thats sweet. wicked man cheers for the pics

These seats were in my last E30 but I don’t think they will suit my new one. I bought the seats new for $495 and they were in the car for a total of 3 months before I took them out. I got the brackets modified professionally and I have the receipt for that. The modification cost $450. These seats will bolt straight into any E30. I’m going to list them on trademe next week but ill post them here first just in case any one is keen. I’m asking $700 these seats are like brand new!!! if any one is keen to have a look at them let me know just send me a txt on 0272014697 They would be a pretty mint upgrade!! I also have universal brackets for them aswell if you would like them.

Well yes i am aware that the engine isn't the best any more and it will need a new one soonish. yes the previous owner did fix all the holes and get new door cards for it as the old ones were rooted. and i am also awear that you came to buy the car back. i was also told that you blew the diff in your race car and that you were keen to take the one out of that car and put a standard one back in hence you wanting to buy it back. im not quite sure why else you would want the car back if it was totaly f**ked??? so there must have been something there u were after. cheers for the pic. they are pretty sweet mirrors.
