i have just removed some from my e30. fronts still have bearings in, springs have been cut so no good but struts are good.

so you only have fronts?

the long methodical way is the best way to get everything covered the way you want it with out breaking the bank over night...

really after the front struts mainly as i think i may have springs still kicking around from when we made up the coil overs
