Made 406whp on original M60B44 setup with water/methanol injection at 5psi with belt slip at 5.5k rpm. Further modifications made to setup by the original owner, but didn't go back to dyno. With other supporting mods was guesstimated to be about 450-470whp

    Will include the following;

    Powerdyne BD10

    Mounting bracket

Upgraded one piece billet impeller shaft

    Upgraded input shaft pulley

    Upgraded internal drive belt

Drilled case for improved internal cooling

    Custom toothed crank pulley

    Custom toothed supercharger pulley

    6rib crank pulley

    6rib supercharger pulley

    AEM pod filter

    Blower to Intake piping

    Supercharger inlet piping

    Several silicone hoses/bends to suit

    Numerous mounting bolts/washers/nuts

    Will require the following;

Modified ASC/Cruise control intake elbow or custom connection to throttle body.

Custom ECU tune - can help with a Link G4+ Xtreme tune. Some users in the USA have included a resistor inline with their MAF setup to adjust the reading on factory ECU. Lots of info online about this

A couple of silicone hoses/bends to suit your application

Some vacuum lines to suit your application

    $6,500 ono

I may have forgotten some items. Reach out with any questions, happy to chat and share any info I can.

    Cheers Matt

I have seen E60's here for sale with 300,000+ miles.  Petrol though.

    480k+!!!

My younger brother has an '03 Ford XR8 ute just shy of 400k, he's had it since 160k no major work just decent service and maintenance. He's in Brisbane and says NZ vs Aus 'high' km's are poles apart. He had a 600k+ Land Cruizer (petrol) before the XR8, which one of his workers now has and it's still going strong.

If proper servicing and maintenance is carried out, I can't see any reason 500 - 600k isn't achievable.

    Aftermarket or M5 swaybars?

Its a Racing Dynamics front bar 27mm I think and M5 touring (Nuerburing BMW spelling) rear. The rear is manufactured by Eibach and is 20mm.

    Sounds great.

Do you have a link to your original project thread?

Thanks, will quiet down once exhaust is refitted.

I've not done a project thread, but had done:

    Suspension

    Exhaust

    LSD

    Sway bars

Lots of minor bits and pieces, bushes, cooling system, cosmetic tidy ups.

Then its just been a swap over. I'll do a bit of a write up at some point.

  5. As some of you will know my long time project had a bit off an off a year (ish) ago. Immediate action was to buy teh writ off back from insurance.. best $200 ever spent..

After some thought I bought another E34 540 (NZ new '93 M-Sport, but auto) and have been swapping all the bits over, including swapping teh dove grey interior for my black one carpets and dash included.

So I now have pretty much what I started with, but with M=Sport body.

After lots of sweat, swearing and beers I finally had a start on the weekend....

Exhaust, wheels and WOF and I'm back in it..

Will add some pics once its out of the shed.
