    LKM module in the fuse box left side behind front strut.

    heater tap needs to be replaced , on the fire wall left side .(maybe you can pull it apart & clean it out )

    instrament cluster most likely has lots of bulbs blown and also faulty digital display , dry joints , bad capacitors .

    replace with another , just check what year and colour the back of it is .

    ok, have replaced LCM to no avail, although I do seem to have my right headlight back but not the right high beam, and that's with trying 2 replacement LCM's. Still don't have dash and console lights either when I turn my lights on.

    Also still doing that annoying dim with the headlight but now the right side wants to join in when you have them on park.

    Is it possible to transfer odometer reading from one to another?

    Replace the light control module and heater control valve. Can supply both.

    Hi guys

    Just recently purchased a new E34 (pics up soon) and it seems to have a few problems.

    1) headlights only work on 1 side (high beam & dip) = fuses and bulbs fine

    2) when you only select park to run the driving lights, left headlight lights up very dim

    3) no dash cluster lights what so ever including center dash the lot when you turn the lights on = fuses fine

    4) dash puts out really weird digits on the display and no back light, well very dim anyways

    5) with the heater, only getting heat to the passengers side of the car and not the drivers

    Could the main problem be the light control module and where is it located????

    Just gauging interest in CCFL angel eyes as a group buy

    I have been in contact with a manufacturer in china that makes the CCFL angel eye rings.     Up for grabs is a bodykit for an E34 5 Series.

    Is an E39 look and uses M Sport driving lights which I do have and come with the kit. I also have eye lids too which the winning bidder can have, unfortunately they don't go right across like they do in the pic but still look fab!

    I imported the kit in from Poland and it is the only one of it's kind in the country. Eyelids are imported in from Australia.

    Kit needs to be prepped and painted.

    Reason i'm selling is because it's a no longer wanted project so must go!!!

    $1800 value, my loss, your gain!!

    Hey everyone I am looking for some interior parts, List is as follows.

    4x Door cards 2x front and 2x rear.

    2x Front seats in cloth NOT LEATHER.

    1x Rear seat .

    1x Sunroof Cover.

    1x Manual shifter boot and surround.

    1x steering column surround (Surrounding Ignition Barrel etc)

    1x Dash Cluster or clear plastic cluster cover.

    1x Dark coloured Carpet.

    The parts i require can be any colour and in good cond but i preferre cream.

    Let me know if you have any of the above parts i require.

    Hello, what year and to confirm is it the 535i? Is the engine in running condition? Why the part out? Any photos? This is your first few questions covered. :)

    It's an 89 525 in grey. No running gear.

    Stripping as the plates were dead, bung transmission and exterior damage. Can put photo's up.

    It could be one of many problems. Seriously... get it scanned first. Check fault codes and live data. Then go checking many of the numerous problems it may have. It may just be something simple like a TPS switch or a minor air leak

    Have had it on diagnostics and nothing abnormal showed up so will start there cheers

    Ive got the M30 3.5 E34 5 series.

    Has been converted to manual but now i'm starting to have serious issues with the idle.

    When you go to take off and the revs drop, the engine tends to spike up to about 1500 - 1700 RPM then drops back to normal around 800. Also has recently started to hunt quite bad.

    Have been told could be AFM, oxygen sensors or electronic throttle but thought id go on here and get more opinions.
