Hey team Selling my 318Ti with m50b25 and manual gearbox. It doesn't have a cert for the swap, and that has been considered in the price. Tyres all have good tread, there are a few bumps and bruises inside and out, but definitely ready for someone who can give her a bit more attention than I can! WOF until July 4 and Rego lapsed but can get if purchased. A few other little problems, but nothing major, headlining saggy, passenger electric window only goes up and down in pulses, right headlight glass broken. Let me know your thoughts and if you are interested, just looking to get rid of her quickly. Regards

Different part numbers, but does that mean they can't be interchangeable altogether?

Hi all! I have a 318Ti with M50b25 engine in it. The ping sensors are a bit cracked and worn so wanting to replace them as I have the manifold off at the moment. I was just wondering if anybody knew if the ping sensors from a 320i m50 can be interchanged with the 2.5. They are the same size, same plug type, although looking inside the plug my ping sensors have 2 out of the 3 holes filled with connectors, and the ones from the 2.0 have all 3. Thanks very much

From BMW "There is a worldwide 2-year warranty on all vehicles from the date of initial registration (i.e. in the UK) which will be honoured locally. To facilitate the processing of an International Warranty, the owner or importer will be required to supply certain information to an authorised BMW Dealer. Once the authorised BMW Dealer has received notification from BMW Group New Zealand Limited that the vehicle details are correct, the warranty claim work can be carried out by the authorised BMW Dealer, and a warranty claim will then be facilitated by the authorised BMW Dealer and BMW Group New Zealand Limited. The authorised BMW Dealer may require the owner or importer to pay for the full or partial repair upon its completion (at the authorised BMW Dealers discretion). Once the claim is processed and accepted, the owner or importer will be reimbursed the amount credited to the authorised BMW Dealer by BMW Group. Any value not credited by BMW Group must be absorbed by the owner or importer and is at their risk. Any additional local overseas service or extended warranty programs are not covered locally and any claims under those policies should be directed back to the original vehicle importer. Clarification of the warranty on imported vehicles can be obtained from the authorised BMW Dealer Network." Hope that helps

$3000 ONO

Righto. Due to your guys feedback (and a bit of pride swallowing ) I have decided to price it at $3000 to be realistic. I am heading away overseas soon, until mid November, so would like to have it sorted out by then.

Now selling this No cert for the swap, although it has Wof/Reg until end of year. Check out the post in 'for sale' - has a list of pros/cons/etc Looking for a cheap sell - around $3500

3k? Ouch haha. I wouldn't be too happy going much under $4000, but I suppose something around $3750-$3800 would be as low as I'd be willing to go considering. I can chuck in a spare PS Pump for that.

Yeah, I do agree with you there buddy, although I don't think I'm asking much over usual 318Ti price I have a few other project ideas that I am thinking of pursuing aside from this, although not for a while. I need to re-accumulate my tools that were stolen!
