Came on a set of rims and don't need them. Accellera is the brand (not sure if spelt correctly). Set of four, all brand new with only a few kms on them - 195/50/16. Will get pics up some time but the dog ate my memory card (honestly) and will be laptop pic quality! $200

Can you send a PM to more than one person? If so, how?

1989 325i auto blue leather sunroof new stereo new brakes I bought this car for the wheels that were on it and just need it gone now that I have them. It runs well with good power, everything seems to work. I think it has a vacuum leak because revs fluctuate sometimes. Haven't had a chance to check it out yet but think I may know where it's from. Other than that it has a little bit of rust on the boot lid under the spoiler. I'm sure the speedo has been disconnected also, reads 157k and hasn't moved at all since I've had it As is where is, I don't know the car so can't really say much more than I have! Sorry about average pics, taken with laptop. Car is in Takapuna, North Shore. It's not LHD, images are mirrored. $1800ono 021 073 6926

I have bought an E30 for the wheels that were on it. I need something to whack on in 15" so I can sell it again. Don't care what they are, alloy, steel, wood I don't care - cheap! With or without tyres, anything considered! Will be selling a 4 door 325i auto with full leather - apparently very reliable and great runner. New tyres etc also if anyone is interested Cheers

E36 Style 39 rims for sale 17x7.5 17x8.5 et41 5x120 These are very rare and extremely hard to find in NZ as you all know i'm sure. They don't have tyres on them at the moment but were running 225/45/17 fronts and 245/40/17 rears. They come with all four centre caps and are all in good condition with minor marks on them. I'll upload pics in the next few days when I pull them out from under the house! $1300 Viewing/test fitting in Takapuna, North Shore. Sample pic:

Closing tonight at 7.45 ladies and gentlemen!

Much easier to fit bigger lips on with a high offset - much more room to move to achieve your desired stance!
-
Most things would fit an E36 if you make them. Good things don't come easy lads.. Redrill and space or simply adapt them and you're away laughing. Or just hold onto ya nuts for that illusive 17" 5x120 set?

I am selling some staggered 17" BBS RS. RS264 17x7 et45 5x114.3 RS265 17x8 et50 5x114.3 http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.as...100&ed=true

What are the factory offsets of: E36 bmw E30 M3 Cheers!
-
Exactly! The centres are actually identical except the 003/001 stampings. The barrels and lips on the 003s are bigger though making them 16" barrels and lips with 15" centres if that makes sense? If you want 4x100 and you want 16s, there's no other way.

It doesn't happen over night, took me around 5 months before this set was finished but if you want to do it you will find a way! I got mine from Germany but would recommend someone like Just Matz in the UK - had some very bad experiences through a major company based in Germany. Check out Ebay, there's heaps around.
-
Cheers lads! Half heights were 100 euro for a set of four. No waffle plate bits, no BBS badges, just the polished hex bit.

I went to Pro Coat in East Tamaki Very competitive prices and I was super happy with the quality - I'm quite anal. They bead blast them before they coat them so you can take them there in nearly any condition and get them back powder coated. EDIT: Sorry I misread - YES I DID STRIP WHEELS! I took them fully apart, bolts out, lips and centres and barrels all apart - that's the only way to do a proper job. If you don't split them you're just going to get a mickey mouse set of rims. Splitting is really easy, plenty of info online on how to do it. Just don't powdercoat mounting faces - 1mm here or there of powdercoat can upset the balance of the wheels when put back together.

Yeah bro he won a prize for the black mk2 on borbet reps - looks tight. Ah yeah you know that crew Bunch of G.Cs!

Cheers for the comments fullas.

Thanks dude, it's a VW Corrado, one of 13 NZ New ones here. It's got similar running gear to a mk2 gti golf, 1800 DOHC 16v. 1990 in Helios Blue Metallic. Pics are from the Annual VW Jamboree last weekend. Am dropping the front another 20mm this week to get it sitting right.

Nah they're not polished half height original ones. They're the after market half heights, which are about half the height of original BBS half heights.. If that makes sense? They're slightly rounded on the corners unlike the BBS ones. Some people call these flat caps but they're not - flat caps are fully flush and circle. They give the illusion of more dish too!
-
They're not on a BMW but some of you may appreciate them none the less. BBS RS 003 16x7.5" and 16x8.0" 4x100 I hunted NZ for nearly 3 years for a set of these wheels and built them up to what they are now over the past few months: -Original barrels -Mirror polished 1.5" lips front, 2.0" lips rear -Original nuts & bolts all mirror polished and still with BBS scripting on all -Half height centre caps -New BBS emblems -195/45/16 Kumho Ecsta Sport tyres -Centres and barrels powder coated in 'vivica paladilim silver comet' - looks different in all sorts of light, it's a dark metallic silver but looks like battle ship grey in some pics. Probably a bit OCD and OTT for most people on here but hey, I have the disease and really like them ;D
