Got it sorted guys, thanks heaps for the offers - it's great that people help each other out like that. I'll post a pic of the wheels all done in the next few days!

I'm an anal c**t and need original BBS RS nuts - they have a tiny BBS scripted on and all four wheels have them and want to keep it consistent. I'll try Arrow in the morning but I doubt they'd have the BBS ones lying around! Any other leads highly appreciated!

I hope someone can help me!! I really need no later than 3pm today (Friday): 15x original BBS RS bolts 1x original BBS RS nut I managed to cock up my torque setting (33lb/ft instead of 23lb/ft) and snap 15 bolts. They were all in but hyper extended and as soon as you touched the nuts the bolts snapped in half! I'm willing to pay, buy you new bolts, swap for other bits, split a wheel myself to get bolts out - whatever it takes.. Just need them tomorrow if possible!! Many thanks in advance for anyone who can help!

15x6.5 et33 4x100 RM012 These came out on rallye golfs and are stamped with VW logo, very rare to say the least - i've never seen another set in NZ. The colour is hard to portray through photos, you need to see them in person but i'd say they're similar to Roasted Addiqtion orange (http://roastedaddiqtion.co.nz/addiqtion_flash.html) They're 2 piece unlike RS which are 3 piece - barrels and centres are one piece. They have brand new 3D Black/chrome BBS emblems and are all running true with no dings. There is still some kerbing on lips which I will be taking care of in the next week or two. They'll be sold as a mint set, no damage what so ever. Needless to say they're not for the faint hearted and definitely not to everyone's taste. $1400

DOPE! Show us the money shot on the car when they're back together!
-
Good to know! That'd probably get them to 8" all round or 8" and 8.5". You can polish lips yourself pretty good at home with wet/dry up to 2000 grit and autosol!

Flat backed jap spec RS are very rare, only 2 models of them as I learnt on the weekend. These are scalloped so you could send the centres to Germany to fill and redrill, or if you weren't too worried with structural integrity you could machine about 10mm off the backs to make them flat and redrill them here.

I also have these for sale. I'll give it a couple of days before I chuck them on trademe. There would be no need to refurb this set as they're in pretty good condition (unless you're hugely anal). They come with factory half height centre caps which are pretty uncommon and create the illusion of more dish. Two wheels have some light kerbing - approximately a 10cm patch on each. Redrilling would be difficult but possible, adapting would be easier and cheaper. Please note that in the pics the very right wheel looks like it has a ding on the inner rim, there was a weight stuck on there and the tyre sh*t has left a mark around where the weight was. Staggered 16x7 & 16x8 RS037 16x8 et24 5x114.3 RS174 16x7 et33 5x114.3 $700

Sorry guys they're not available anymore. You can get them cheap as chips on ebay though.

Out they go, highest bidder takes them. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=327112649

Are BBS RS a thing of the past? Am open to sensible offers on these. These are the ultimate rim for any e30!

I am selling my set of BBS RS001s 15x7 et25 4x100 They are factory gold centres and barrels with silver bolts and lips. The paint on them is rough, brake dust and years of not being cleaned has eaten into it. Perfect set for a refurb: - Kerbing is minimal and you could definitely fix at home with a file. - All seem to be running true with no bends, buckles or cracks in barrels. - Lips would be easy to take off and polish at home as they aren't a big drop lip. If you wanted to widen these I have a couple of contacts who each may sell 2x brand new 2.5" lips. They brought them for their VWs and they poke too much but on an e30 the 2.5" lips are perfect. Feel free to check them out and test fit them, can be done in Freemans Bay. $990.

Two ways they can be redrilled: a) Take them apart and send the centres to someone like Image wheels or Racing Team Hoffman in Germany who can weld up the current holes and redrill. This isn't legal in NZ so is up to you but done well I doubt anyone would notice. b ) Machine the back of the mounting faces back until they are flat. You'll then be able to redrill without filling current holes but doing this will increase offset to around 23ish.

Momo R3 5x112 17x8 et11.3. They are 3 piece and were produced by Momo in very limited numbers and are pretty unique. The outer lips on this set measure 70mm! I bought these for my old man's daily b5 passat not knowing the offset. Got them and found out they are et11.3. They stuck out quite far on the b5 and would require some serious work to pull off. If it was my car and I had the money, there'd be no question about it! These would only suit someone willing to go balls deep on their stance but the results would be unreal. $800 without tyres. Sorry for crappy cell phone pics in bright light!

My mummy is selling her E36. She doesn't use it much and has upgraded to a brand spanker turbo diesel 330i. Super well maintained and really good condition, NZ new, manual, leather, coupe etc etc http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-316806137.htm

Here's a pic with original lips (half way polished) and orange bolts, i reckon they look dope. I haven't looked into it, i'm anal and like to have the original bbs bolts but apart from that the best option is to just get them through bbs pars people like racing team hofmann, just matz, black forest industries etc. I'm sure you could source them here though, might be worth speaking to the dude at the bolt shop on archers road glenfield, he's never failed me!

Gotta do a colour you're comfortable with! Here's something I'm balls deep painting at the moment. They're way more ORANGE in person, pics are crap as. About as bright orange as you get! The bolts are going bright orange too. Gotta do clearcoat on the weekend then should be sweet!
