Just had an email and from 'Retro Vehicle' in Auckland to get Leather/swede im looking at $1600inc each!!
I know that reclinable bucket seats are generally a bit more expensive then fixed seats.. just not too sure about $1600ea. I guess it's because it will be leather/swede.
Any thoughts guys??
Laurence.
I got a quote from mag and turbo for a sparco seat (fixed) a few years ago and it was $1500 for 1 (all cloth, no leather ) i think the seat was called a sparco FIGHTER.
I guess it all depends on how much you want to spend

I HATE stickers across the front windscreen that say what kind of car it is.
eg. a Nissan with a huge sticker saying NISSAN
-
haha its sill good, thatll just buff out
-
I forgot to mention that Audi and Merc has regular dealer sponsored drive, which I don't think BMW has. Unless they're only inviting the big spenders.
My dad has a Q7 and i have been to a sponsored drive, an extreamly fun day! i got to drive the RS4 (manual), S8 (a v10 lambo engin), S6, S4, S3 and the TT
As far as i know BMW has nothing like this.

This should probly be in "off topic" how do i move it?

It seems to be every time I go for a drive i see atleast 1 young guy in a honda doing something stupid!
"TECHing it" through a round-about right behind someone then jaming on the breaks at the last second.
Dodging man holes flush with the road because there car is so low (sooo funny to see)
Racing people at the lights
Im from Hastings. was just wondering if it was just a Hastings thing or if they do it everywere
-
Couldnt agree moreI hope you got at least one honda
Unlucky though!
-
its a 1.8l sohc with 4speed fwd legacy wagon.
Hahaha i learnt to drive in 1 of those when i was 15!! there sh*t. Super slow too (for a 15 year old learner driver to think that its saying alot!)

Hey guys,
I've checked Recaro's web site and see that there is ony 1 listed dealer in NZ for Racaro Reclinable seats.
I'm wanting to upgrade my stock e30M3 seats with Recaro SR's (similar to the e30 M3 Sport Evo)..
I've only found: RETRO Vehicle Enhancement Ltd.
27 MacKelvie Street
NZ- Ponsonby, Auckland
Im waiting for a quote from these guys, just wondering if anyone knows of any other NZ dealers (prefer in Wellington).
Thanks,
Laurence.
Did you get thet Quote yet?
How much for a set of seats
-
oo la la sounds nice!Im really after brand new seats as I will be going for show quality interior
sorry i cant help you out
-
I assume you have looked on trademe?
-
Thats for glass kits .. not geniune.
an mtech2 e30 your looking 10k+ at the moment.
The kits iv been quoted were not glass. (plastic)
I have seen e30 tech II's sell for under 10k but they were usualy not manual and 320i or 318i
2dr tech II i think is even harder to find...
-
Yea because id still have to get it fitted and painted...They come up on trademe for about $1000 - $1200, complete kit.
For the kind of money your talking of above, you could almost buy an E30 with a MTech kit.
-
I have found a place that can get me an M-tech 2 back for $750
Now all iv got to do is save up some $$$
-
Ring BMW.
I called BMW NZ, they said call any local dealer.
Jeff Gray BMW (Hastings) can get the front and sides, the back has been discontinued
Front $1200
Sides $1400
(a tad pricy i think...)
If this becomes my only option is there any other back that would look good?
-
AFAIK, yes.
So how do i go about geting my hands on AFAIK?
-
Is it possible to get an M-Tech kit new from BMW?
Do they still make them?
Can you only buy aftermarket?
-

I like the "Reload" rule.
To keep peolpe like *sic on there toes "reload" can be called by the driver at any time reseting the call for "shotgun" giving all other passengers a second chance.
