So if I still wish to track down its whereabouts, purchasing a report from Carjam will give the current owner's contact details and the lot?
-
Is your one the actual car? Still running my 18" BBS RX? SK3080 was from new, as I was the original owner up til 2000. BTW Sick E34 Andy!
-
Oh BTW I reside in Hong Kong now so it will be some road ahead, that is if there is a road ahead

Hold on, the interior isn't in the same color, thou it does say photo may not be of this vehicle At least its still holding up all these years, 251km wow How I'd love to track it down to its current owner and see if I can somehow reunite with it

Kia ora fellow Bimmer lovers! My name is Otto Chan, I spent much of my youth in the great land of New Zealand. My very first car was an E36 318is Coupe back in 1994, since then there has not been a single day I'm without an E36. With the help of the internet, I wonder if this is the place to try and track down that particular vehicle, be it in good health or a write off. Or by contacting BMWNZ / official owners club / dealership will improve my chances? I have alot of fond memories and details of the car in my head, but not the VIN. Documentation will have to dig really deep into dusted carton boxes and I suspect none exists anyway. Any takers? Cheers!

So now 500+HP is lame? Is it no longer a consumer driven market? How many out there really craves for more and at the same time, have enough to man the car w/o aids? Silly game, rich and heart pumping, but silly.

Any aluminium doors from E36M3, pre-shipment cost? Used would be ideal but not a must, thanks. One of them golf ball surfaced plastic MT gearknob too maybe?
-
OT: Anyone recalls a Boston Green E36 318iS coupe with BBS RXs looming around DUD from 1997-2000 (i.e. stone age)? hehe

On a B18C website? *Twisted* Will he really go on and slot a turbo engine in next?
-
Yes I still remember vividly how my mum got caught coming into a small down and did not quite drop down to 50km/h and got zapped 4x above. Road's clear and traveling cross country sometimes drop your alert level towards these traps but its very much necessary for the locals. My intention for using a detector is for exactly these situations, to look out for all these traps and not for speeding. Salute to Jimbo! Go Kiwis!

Thats very good info, thanks Jeremy. We never get such consolidate figures. Here in Hong Kong K and Ka are also the dominant bands so I can take it along then. Which one mode or multiple modes give best results in rural/urban areas? I have it perminantly on highway mode (its a grey import unit from the States).
