  1. Thank you very much for that. Regards, Tony
  2. I have a 2002 325ti with 135k on the clock, I dont know what oil was used at last change nor where it was done - the car was given to me, the previous owner passed away, what grade oil would you recommended (hand book is not much use suggesting any "Longlife 01" oil) and does brand matter? Thanks.

  7. Thanks for that antil33t I'm leaning towards going to BMW
  8. Thanks Greg, while I still need to have the "scan" done to find out whats going on, today the light is out so got my WOF, I'm guessing that since it comes and goes so to speak then the problem may be other than the sensor pad being faulty - I'm thinking sensor pad will be the most expensive fix.
  9. Hi, failed a WOF because of the Airbag light staying on ( a 2002 325ti), is BMW Dunedin my only option for getting a scan done and the actual problem identified? - logic says it is the sensor mat but have read there can be other causes for the light coming on - bloke at testing station suggested getting a system scan and having it reset.
  10. FYI this is currently on TradeMe a good price compared to new: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Books/Nonfiction/...n-160983002.htm Ordered a new one then found this one so know how good a price it is.
  11. Thanks, I got it about three weeks ago, 170K, auto, sunroof, I think its very tidy for a 20 odd year old car, I really like it, enjoy rear wheel drive after front wheel for a while now, like the way it goes around corners - very accurate and precise - well thats how I find it, easy to go a bit faster although it isnt a rocket, I think it a nice package - wasnt keen on getting an auto anything but while looking had use of a friends car which was auto and got used to it very quickly. I think lines of the car are the nicest of all of the smaller BMW's.
  12. Naughty naughty car sales over the road its the photo from their Trade Me advert, yes it is a stright one, no its an auto, will keep the 9th in mind.
  13. Even though dated its a more enjoyable ride than the Toyota it replaces
