  1. Easy. as James said, just swap the bumpers. Same with the front. Though with the state of that front, you'll want to get in contact with a pretty good plastic welder. And my bad, the part numbers are different: 02 DOOR SILL 82119401459 / 02 DOOR SILL 1 82119401469, but they mount exactly the same, so in effect, there is no difference. You'll want to pickup all the mounting clips and grommits etc that are used to mount them to the car, as they're easy to break. All can be had from BMW NZ, not too expensive either. With the door pods - on a 2dr, the kit is 13 pieces, on a 4dr the kit is 15 pieces.
  2. Misinformation is WIN. Check on realoem. The skirts part numbers are the same 2dr or 4dr.
  3. Skirts are the same 2dr to 4dr, they're only different on the cabrio. The door pods won't fit, obviously, and the skirts look, uh, strange without the door pods. The front (two piece) and rear won't fit a pre-fl car. The front is "fairly" easy to swap over to a late model valance - so you can actually mount the bumper cover and lower front spoiler, I think the biggest task is hacking out the pre-fl tow hook mounts, as they're located differently. The rear won't fit without shortening the kit at the wheel well ends, otherwise it will overhang into the wells. The pre-fl mounting points are closer to the car than on a FL.
  4. It was a nice car the last time it was on trademe, but the reality is, who wants to a save a 320iA 4dr?
  5. got my email today. Just takes about 3-4 hours to come through

  7. http://www.vorshlag.com/product_info.php?c...;products_id=29 These are the best by some margin. Lower stack height than the GC ones mean you can go lower (if that's what you're into)
  8. www.turnermotorsport.com Buy every E30 chassis reinforcement kit they have.
  9. Keen. Ha i'm in that photo too. Back window action edit: err, lollies
  10. Loving the "Team Kiwi BMW" paint on the CSL / E21 / E30's
  11. Voted via text, waiting for confirmation email. You've got the first round on jagers on the 6th.
  12. Gus, 17" rubber ends up being slightly cheaper, and if you're going to run them on an M-tec kitted car, they're the perfect size (lookswise, at least.) Bigger wheels mean lower % sidewalls and better turn in though. There ARE 4 stud BBS LM's available, but only in ET40 and 17" DevoE30 on R3v has them on his digi camo beast. Scmidt are heavy as f**k. I'm sure we've all seen the you tube videos of crazy germans driving on them with no rubber to show how strong (heavy) they are. Also, compomotive aren't as light as you'd think. Their 17" MO is around 18lbs from memory. The only point in running split rims is that if you're tracking them, its easier to replace a lip or barrel, rather than an entire rim. The upside is that if they're forged, they're stronger, the downside is that they're slightly heavier. a 17" BBS LM weighs 1.3lbs heavier than a BBS RC for example. If you're in the UK, why not look into http://www.imagewheels.co.uk/ some tasty stuff there.
