Thanks Glenn, I would get you guys to do it but your a bit far away as I live on the Shore and work in Newmarket. I think I will get you to do my next service if I can organise to borrow a car for the day.

Need to replace a front suspension castor bush to get a wof, have been quoted $405 and $370 dollars to supply and fit. Is this reasonable?

Definately don't want to go to a 'budget' servicing place so was seeing if there was a European specialist place that wasn't too expensive. Agree with all your points we don't want to be cutting any corners! Thanks Glenn.

Hey Guys, Recently brought a freshly imported e46 320i sedan and its due for a service. Just wondering if anyone can recommend a decent place on the North Shore where we can get it done. I read through the stickied thread 'BMW parts and service places' but the only place on there is Bella Motors, we took our e36 there a few times and they're too expensive for us. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Justin

Yea I'm on the shore, had the plates on a white holden ute then on a mazda atenza wagon.

Thanks Nick, didn't think about the offset etc....... Jono can you tell me what offset I can go to?

The main reason I want to go with 17's is because we had a E36 318 coupe with 18's and you don't get much clearance inside the guard. When you turned full lock the wheel actually touched the strut or chassis I can't quite remember which, we got failed on a wof once because of it. Would we have the same issue with the E46?

Yea the plate was on my holden ute which was lowered on 19 inch wheels, don't really want to go down that path again........ Have been in touch with Jono and had a good lok at their website.

Hey guys just brought a 2000 BMW 320i sedan. Want to get some 17 inch wheels for it and was wondering if I could get some suggestions. Heres some pics I snapped tonight: Thinking of getting this sort of style but we are open to anything! Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Hey guys just thought I better update this. The missus won the argument so we ended up looking at e46's instead of e36's which meant the budget didn't quite stretch to a 328. So we've ended up with a '00 320i 5spd auto which I wasn't expecting much from but it actually suprised me so for the moment I'm content Will post pics up soon. After some tidy wheels for it as its got the alloys that kinda look like steels
