    89 325im

Yeah your'e right, there was a blue 87 motorsport in the trader recently and a couple on exchangepoint. Im not a fan of the 87 body kit for some reason. Looks like I could be waiting awhile for one to come on the market. Any thoughts??

    89 325im

For those who can remember, I had the 87 325i convertible. I have sold that and am looking for an 89 325im, preferably leather interior. photos of the convertible click here
  9. Since I posted this problem while driving the speedo needle moved up and down slowly, then it came right. I just hope this lasts. I will check the fuse and others anyway, thanks bump In search of an answer, I looked through a few forums on this issue and the majority of people talked about some small gear that could have disintegrated. Could this be the case since the speedo has suddenly come right?? Appreciate your help, Regards, Mike
  10. Hi guys, I was driving my car and when I looked at the odometer it was not moving, it was resting on 0 kph. Any answer to how this has happened?
  11. I would not know where to start in terms of engine work, what would you recommend?
  12. Yeah I think I may head that way. I have seen a few pics of some hardtops and as you have said they do look very sharp. I look forward to the images
  13. I am still quite keen on the hardtop, just bloody hard to find one. I have been looking around on the net, and the majority of articles are about people wanting them, rather than selling them. I will still keep looking, the vision of a matching coloured hardtop looks appealing. Thoughts?
  14. Thanks for your help, I will check it out tomorrow
  15. None taken. I am grateful for the feedback you have all given me. Just out of interest, where could I find a hardtop for one of these, and what kind of $$ would I be looking at??
  16. Thanks, will give these some thought
  17. Yeah you are probably right, but without trying I will never know. Where would you recommend I advertise the car, apart from the auto trader of course??
  18. I would sell for 20k. I have posted some more images, enjoy. http://www.gardiner-reaney.co.nz/1987325i.htm
  19. Yes it has a full service history Authentic AC Schnitzer 16" wheels Pro lowered by TSV Palmeston North, call and enquire (0800 100 TSV)
  20. Fair call, but I would not sell at that price
  21. Everyone would like to believe that their ride is worth more than it really is. I am no different. It is a rare car in great nick, but it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I won't be insulted by low offers, like I said, it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
  22. Good question, I am glad you asked. I originally wanted to buy an e36 325i coupe, manual of course, but as we all know they are bloody hard to find. Although all this changed after my mate urged me to take the 325i convertible for a drive. I had no idea how powerful they were as it did not look like much of a rocketship. All I knew was that it had 2.5 litres so was more powerful than a 318. Anyway, I drove it, then I bought it a few days later. To answer your question, I wouldn't mind a change, hopefully an e36 325i coupe. But like you said, when you have something great it is usually good to keep it.
  23. The colour is Luxorbeige Metallic In terms of price, all offers considered. As I said, and as you will well know these cars are a great drive, so it would be hard to give up. Would have to be a GREAT price Thanks for all your comments.
