Apparently there is a 'new regulation' for WOF and one of them is that you cant ignore the warning messages in the OBC. The right side did not have any power for brake lights so I cut that off and hooked it up to the left. The problem is solved but now the other problem is that OBC will throw messages at me forever. This dumb mechanic thinks chucking the factory ones will fix the problem but I know that is not the case. Is there a way to unhook the OBC (just the OBC not the clock) temporarily?

Hey guys Ive had problems with elecs before and Ive fixed it all today until I realised that headlight brakelight turns off upon engine action. Turning on the headlight and starting the car turns the headlight brake lights off, and if I turn headlight off and turn it on again it works fine, until I start accelerating the car. This is TOO weird, wat does engine revving have to do with anything? any suggestions? Ive suspected battery but the batt is brand new

Did you get around to solving this problem? I have the exact same problem in my e36

My e36 is having all sorts of elec problems. The right tail light does not work properly most of the times (Sometimes fully operational) and only work sometimes because I have directly connected the left side to the right side (The headlight wires do not provide power). The left side works and the right side does not when theyre linked together which doesnt make any sense? The right park light does not work either, the bulb blew so replaced it with a new one but it doesnt like to go on. The dash lights have given up on me also...What could the problem be? My warrant money is only valid for a week now and this car is messing up my life. Any valid suggestions?

Can you sell the e36 front king springs super lows to me? If its for a six cylinder of course..
