But srsly at that price I'm out
Buying an M5 is the easy part April, to run it will cost you more than the purchase price over the years.
I'm sure it would be well worth it.

Looking to get a E34 M5. I know they don't come up that often but if a current owner/someone you know is looking to sell, give me a pm.
-
After buying it she decided she now doesn't like e30's, so I'm going to hang onto this one and sell my e30.
Actually James, I'm pretty sure she's just holding out for a e34 m5, which she hopes will be her next car

i would have to say im against them man they suit 5 or 7 series in 17" but not the 3 series imo
Don't look boring, schnitzers are the schizzle!
Although, basketweaves do give a more classic kinda look.
Exactly what i said.
basket weaves suit the car better imo
Tell me I'm right

I've washed my new car more times than I've driven it
-
Cheers Nick, that'd be awesome.
Plans so far are:
Get slightly larger rims with lower profile tyres, as they are only 15'' at the moment.
Also want to get a more sporty front lip, something like what the M5 has
-
going to get rid of the m and put the 525i on the other side, its a jap import and the radio doesn't go above 89.9, does anyone know how to change that?
-
Well I picked up my first BMW from Hamilton today, its a 1991 E34 525i Auto with tan leather interior, the exhaust has a fair bit of a drone and has groan to be annoying.
Has a few problems with error codes, It comes up with "trailer Light" on the dash even tho it doesn't have a tow bar, might have to head over to Glenn to get it cleared.
Pics...

Yeah I have..
But no chrome bumpers or window trim is a major downer.
And a body kit = not keen
Plus its ex-UK, so its probably got tiny bits of rust everywhere.
Want something as stock as possible

Really want to get rid of my honda civic and get an e30 so.............im looking to buy a shiney black pf/lift e30 with chrome window trim and in 2 door, would be nice if it has good cond interior and is sexy.
Would like the lowest price possible(round 2k), the more standard the better, no bodykits or mags
If anyone is interested in buying a super slow, but reliable 1993 honda civic in red, pm me
E34 M50 water pump
in Maintenance

So here's the story:
I use my e34 as a daily, and over the last 2 weeks or so I've noticed that the engine has been getting rather hot just driving to work (~10 mins) this began to worry me and so I did some research via google that told me it may be to do with the plastic impeller on the water pump. I'm pretty sure this is the case as if i run my heater it cools the engine down pretty fast, so according tothis website the impeller is most likely the problem.
So I went up to Ray at Hell BM and got a nice metal-impeller water pump at a good price.
All seemed well until it got to installing it. Since I've never, ever really done anything like this before I asked my boyfriend James to help me. but... Oh no I can't... not now I need to do my headers... Oh ok tomorrow morning then?? (I need the car to get to work on Monday) Oh sure.
It gets to "tomorrow morning" and now i wake up early etc and ask James for help.. Oh no not now I need to cut up a metal pole to clamp to my exhaust to stop the leak (or something). err... seriously? "yeah I need to take the car to Hampton downs this afternoon to race against my dad!!"
So I've tried to go at it myself. I've spent the last hour trying to get the fan shroud off, but I honestly cant get it off.
any tips? anyone want to come and help me?
TL;DR
need to remove water pump
I'm a mechanical noob
mechanical genius of a boyfriend wont help
need advice to remove fan shroud
