know this car personally and it is very nice and always kept in perfect condition

you can see the hot pipes from the turbos going to the front right of the engine bay. i dont think that air filter will normally live there.
-

Swap e28 1JZ GTE vs. SR20DET
tarrbaby replied to drift-shop's topic in Forced Induction & Performance Tuning
im an SR guy all the way but i would go for the JZ. much easier and cheaper to get that power out of it and you can offset the extra weight by mounting it as low and far back as possible. once you ahve a cage in and get suspension sorted properly you shouldnt notice the weight difference too much -
i also replied in GTR-elite but it sounds like you have the right idea now.
-
yeah all good sam
-
few more sports still available guys. even if you cant make it, tell your friends
-
love the wheels and its awesome that it still has the original no. plate on there
-
yes you can however it wont happen very often. "failing to display current licence label - $200"

over the past 6 years that i have been racing at taupo, im pretty sure it was mandatory for the last 4. otherwise it might just be a club enforcement thing but in my view, i would rather have a (small) extinguisher straight away if need be rather than wait for marshalls to get there. nothing worse than standing by and watching your car burn

after a front wheel bearing for the an e30 325i. cheers, Andrew
-
its a t28 not a m24 and if you dont run the actuator you will need to weld shut the wastegate and then run an external wastegate
-
if all the sets of hyper black havent been snapped up ill be keen for a set
-
yeah definately nothing special. after the r34 it kinda went downhill unfortunately.
-
just remember, even once you have had a new exhaust made you will still need an exhaust cert approx $150. this is the only way that youll get rid of the green sticker if it was for noisy exhaust. its not just a matter of showing the police your new system. its the whole point of an objective and subjective test.
-
the only way to get rid of the green sticker is to either have the exhaust certified by an approved tester and then on the green sticker notice that the police issued you it will say whether you need to get a new wof or just take it to the issuing officer to check or else as said above, replace with factory system
