Hi jochen can advise how to reprogram my car idrive unit ccc to Newzealand stations my unit dosen't have any MODE button so not sure how to reprogram can you help

Hi guys new on this forum just wondered if anyone knew how to reprogram radio to NZ stations got a e90 320i 05 model ccc idrive unit on some other forums they say press the M button for certain time and then its possible my DVD unit dosent have the MODE button any ideas how to do it Thanks
