    I am on my way to finishing my PPL right now at North Shore.

    Did my solo few months ago and its definately an experience I will never forget. Have logged 21 PIC hours. Currently still underaged (17) from getting the license till August so I am trying to log as much hours as possible. I just need to sit the human factors exam and everything will be sussed out for when I turn 17. My uncle is a Qantas 747 captain. He is going to be retiring later this year to be a instructor. He did it through cadetship way back in the 70's and says its a very competitive market out there especially these days.

    After NCEA level 2 this year, I am gonna try to apply cadeship for airlines like Singapore, Malaysia,Cathay, Air Asia, Etihad, Jetstar. If I dont get in this year then I continue year 13 whilst getting my CPL and go Uni to get a degree in preferably Aeronautical Enginnering.

    Depending on the age of the car, it is either a button press to enable tv in motion, or you have to do it with programming.

    Its a 02/98 model. Hotwire has informed me that pre 09/98 models are programmable via buttons. I am still trying to look for that combination of buttons right now through Google however not much luck atm :huh:

    Hey guys,

    I got a few scratches around the car that have been bothering me lately so I m thinking about using touch up paint. There is a little tiny scratch at the rear bumper where the paint has chipped off so its just the black stuff left.

    I have never used it before so do you any advises/tips regarding using touch up paint?

    dont do it!

    Every time you cut and polish you are removing some clear coat.Honestly i hardly EVER polish my 535 i just wash it lots and always use a wax frenidly shampoo and a wool mitt

    Sh*t really? Well this is my first time ever on the car and prob wont need another one for ages. Like u said I usually just use Armor All Wash n Wax mostly and maybe once a month a good waxing.
