E32 m35 735il No 1 rocker arm intake broke

Mate thank you, your opinion has already helped me decide what way to go with this, legend -
Can I please have advice and suggestions on the best way to attack this, head on or off? , just wanting to replace the broke part for now. Advice please

Narrowing it down to possibly head gasket, obviously blown out allowing oil in spark plug holes, excess oil around front engine were bolts down, looks very recent

Fixing any issue is worth it for the old girl to me, love the car. Yup I'l remove cover tommrw. It will tell a story for sure

The car has also had a very strong/ loud tapping noise from head, this maybe was a sign? and somethings completely given out now ?

Replaced that spark plug today, still instantly missing and checked after covered in oil , we looking at valve cover seal/gasket

Ok so have confirmed spark to all plugs, leads and distrubutor etc obviously fine, 2nd spark plug in, no 1 is getting absolutely saturated, have cleaned and dryed twice along with rest, I originally narrowed it down to this plug. Are we looking now at the injector? Seal or completely gone causing flooding to the plug equalling the miss

Hasn't had an issue engine wise, after a decent drive over a hill , developed a misfire/cylinder down feels like mostly. Bit ov excess smoke , clear smell is very gassy, any common problems, about to check S.plugs now

Also in regards to the nasty shudder, i read a cause could be around steering column shaft . reached and grabbed shaft from engine bay . now should there be play? Little, some or nothing at all? -

Well this is all until i signed up on here, i have had some good advice and i am leaning towards not changing oil and hunting down a tranny And i try avoid having to reverse wer i park but ive had to push her backwards couple times , just reminding the old girl its ok , ive got ya , rest up old slag ahaha -
I love cruising in the old german tank. I had an upset subaru Wrx owner yesterday. This girl can get up and go , im all smiles , Can anyone assist me in how to lower these things. The strut setup looks technical and very limited with the rear coils eg only managed a little cut of coil, until its uncaptive i dont want that. Also im very keen on some mags and know what i want. More moderner bmw mags 18z or up if anyone knows of any

Yes there is a dipstick for trans, fluid level is good , as for the oil itself its completley black and burnt through. I am aware Changing it wont remedy the issue completely , and am just hoping to get a little more life and time out of it .im absolutly planning to either replace or repair trans the car is absolutly worth putting money into Nearing 290,000kms Also has a very strong nasty shudder vibration at 80km , either i speed up or brake to stop it. Could it be to do with suspension componants or something hydraulic? -
High kz , purchased 2weeks ago now, been garaged and well maintained over her years, paint amazing, all electrics work, impressive under foot. Just hoping the trans fluid/filter change i do soon will adhere the issues i have currently . Have done enough read up to know were to start and what to eliminate. I Respect this car alot for the luxury which is still epic for back then. Alot of car and coolness for $1100 ???

Any members experienced the titled above transmission issues. No fault codes appear. Seems to worsen at operaring temp, fluids burnt black so thats my first thing to do. Any light shed will be appreciated Drive is tempermental, 1 2 ok 3rds rough no 4th and that last gear its in rides/slips cruising throttle Shifting manually 1 2 3 is a tad nicer than in drive Lost reverse altogether
