It looks like this has sorted itself out, and the valve closed itself. No check engine light any more - Yay! **Edit** - I spoke too soon, the light is back on now.

Hi my e90 BMW threw a fault code P0444 - This is the Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Open code. The car seems to run an drive fine. How essential is it that this is fixed immediately? I understand that the Evap Cannister purge valve needs replacing ?

Hi I would like to replace the drivers side weather strip on my E90. It has come out of the 'rubber channel'. I removed the wing mirror, and attempted to slide the strip back down the channel. But it always pops out at the end. I'm sure the rubber channel is broken. Does anyone know what the rubber channel is officially called and where to get a replacement? Cheers
