  1. Thank you!

So upon further digging, turns out upgrading the iLevel for Jap BMW imports may cause some modules to fail. So i guess it's a no go for launch control then.

Still looking for workshop that'll help with steering wheel + cruise control upgrade and maybe some performance tunings...

  2. Hi guys... is it possible to update the iLevel of the BMW? I'd love to add launch control onto my 2013 M135i on Bimmercode but apparently the iLevel is too low.

Also, am thinking of changing the charge pipe etc to get ready for MHD Stage 2, does anyone have a goto workshop in Christchurch for this and the earlier purpose?

    Thanks!

yes, I have black plates on my car, need to return your original ones. In certain lighting conditions they definitely can be harder to read as they blend into a sort of grey colour. You can also get 'slim' sized plates at no additional charge, which in my opinion look much better, ive attached a photo below.

    That's a beauty.

Hope it won't be too awkward with me having a white car with black plate and grey numbers.

The V1G1 is a good example of this. Over 20 years old and still keeps up with most units.

I downloaded Waze last night, I'll give it a try this morning driving in to town. From what I hear, it's not overly popular in NZ, so there might not be much on there. My main goal is dodging the vans..

Elaborate KiwiPlates ad, or justification for a black plate? 😀

Thinking of getting it. The original white plates need to be returned?
