Hi, I have a jap bmw x5 e70 and trying to convert the radio frequency to NZ via kDcan cable and i don’t get the CAPPL file. I need to update the Daten file but how do I do that?

Heya, i got a 2012 X5 35D e70 with 119000kms on the clock and wanting to know what can be done to get better mileage. Mileage is averaging at 9.9Km/L Would a DPF clean or walnut carbon clean be beneficial or should i be looking at other things to replace, upgrade due to age etc? I'm based in Auckland

I'm in the market for a new car and was looking at the 2012 X5 35D or 40D. budget is around $20-25K, mileage 100,000kms What the main things to look out for? How much are they to maintain? Should i look at something else? (keen on the 7 seater and sunroof) Do the sunroofs leak? What performance parts can you bolt onto these? Thanks
