  1. Oops - only an E30 M3 for me! Although now you mention it, the E36 and E46 are flat too!!!
  2. Hi All What's happening to the M3 market? We have three or four great looking cars that have been for sale for a while now - rather than being snapped up as I expected? Is this normal or just a reflection of the overall economic climate? CFN Andrew
  3. Hi Phil75! "Import" so limited info, as to be expected. Interior was as per milage and no significant body damage as I recall. The car well but as I was going to have the engine rebuilt/tweaked by Graham anyway, so I wasn't too worried about actual miles. Best to chat more to Graham if you want to know more as I'm not a mechanic or M3 expert!! Just keen to drive it! CFN Andrew
  4. Yes! I was in line to buy it when my other 1/2 made it quite clear she would never ever sit in the RH seat or drive a LHD. Very, very clear. Which is shame as I had it checked out the red car using the well known Graham Clyde at DCH Motorsport. Real car, checks out and Graham thought - although it was US spec and obviously an import - it was good! But you should check with him for full details on 03 348 3189. Gary Cliff (vendor) is a well known in CHCH, ex rally driver and car buff who runs a good business After the direction! concerning RHD v LHD, I stopped looking at it and am in the market for a RHD M3! CFN Andrew
  5. He tells me it's an Evo 1 rather than a 2! Does that make a difference? It does seem a little on the highside pricewise even if it is fantastic! Wasn't an evo sport for that money on trademe earlier this year? That was mid $70k's. Did anyone here buy it? Andrew
  6. thanks for the kind words guys! Any thoughts on the RHD feel? The Evo is RHD - does this make a difference? Cheers Andrew

    My new car

  8. Hi everyone Yes I am a another newbie to your web community but not to BMWs. Have owned E21 and E30 323i's - albeit few years ago! Driven all sorts of BMWs over the years from E36 M3s, to 635s and the latest 1 series Anyway - don't have a BMW yet but am in the marketplace for an E30 M3. Debating whether to get an import and getting my own mods done or ..............get one thats already there!! I don't like garage queens so drive my cars fairly regularly and occasionally on trackdays. Just the thing for a great diving machine So i'd be grateful for any help and advice you can offer. One major question for me is just how much of that M3 'feel" is lost by a RHD conversion. Does it afftect anything else? Cheers and thanks in advance from the mainland! Andrew
  9. HI everyone Am a newbie and a M3 virgin! DId have E30 323i a few years ago though! Anyway - don't have an M3 yet but am in the marketplace.
