It is depends on use and requirement, But all over I prefer Android phones, because Great for Screen clarity and hardware Number of developer company and easy to use Easy to Data store and input/output and also cheaper then other.

I suggest to you go for LED is best among these three. Updated and best quality screen. Nowadays LED is most famous in market and also great features. LED is better than LCD and Plasma TV. LED is quite expensive than others but I think prefer LED if possible.
