Issues have been solved, Just would like to know what size my signature can be, looked in Rules doesnt really give me a specific size to use.

yea well, not promoting anything with this topic... just been asking why my posts have been deleted after asking for some ideas on my current project im busy with on my car.

Picture I took for my signature, that has now been deleted without notice, was taken with my Galaxy SII camera in the garage on a cloudy day nearing dark... and just darkened the picture till garaged sections were black.

so what if I take the .co.nz out it wont be considered advertising... and if someone asked me how i got my car like that I cant say cause that would be considered "advertising"

I was actually just asking for opinions on what stripe designs I could have on my project im busy with and just showing what ive been up to... nothing wrong with that tbh.. If people on this forum are like this why did I join... I honestly thought these fools were friendly at first. Now they show their true colours. Don't even send me an email telling me why it got deleted so technically I must have done nothing wrong.

I have been busy on a project of changing the colour of my car, this is originally how it look like Then I changed the look of the original mags to this A while later I changed my cars whole colour to this... What do you think? Next step will to make the roof black or Should I make it Blue aswell? I was also thinking of adding a bit more M-Sport colours like have a red line go up the bonnet and down the boot... any design ideas you guys have of what type of lines I should put on? and will be making the boot lip spoiler black soon

Yea its not too great sound quality wise, doesn't sound very crisp, but I would assume its cause its mono sound since its going through the tape player? may be wrong? but it will do for now, till I finish my studies and start work again to afford something better, after a while one gets use to the slight static noise it produces every now and then... Was easy enough to do than what I expected it to be. Now the next project I'd like to do on my car is get the mags and calipers painted

Thanx, will give the soldering a try, are some of the images broken on your computers too on that link you gave me? Only 2 are broken but the rest i can see, and gives me the basic idea of how to go about it. So westy, if i had to do it this way would it be a lower output too? or is it they way you did it that gives it a lower output?

I have a CD stacker in the boot, and a tape player by the dash with the radio, I'll upload a picture of the set up in the dash, may make it a bit easier.

Hey, I've been thinking of putting an aux cable into my 2000 BMW, been searching the web on ways to do it... with not much luck, does anyone know who can install one for me or ways i can do it myself? preferably DIY as i would assume getting someone to do it would cost a fair bit, and as I'm in the final stages of my studies I am on a pretty tight budget. any help with this would be much appreciated. thanx Charlie, yea when i started looking at BMW i wanted a standard Blue 525i then i came across a 2.8L M-Sport at a great price wasnt the colour i wanted and didnt have sunroof or that TV/GPS Radio but it was in great condition and looked really amazing, that i just bought it, and im really happy with it. If you want a e39 i would recommend going for the M-Sport ones. may cost a little bit more than the standard ones, but looks amazing

yea not planning in attracting the cops... will still obey the road rules with our motorway photo attempt... was just letting my mind run wild with ideas that would be pretty cool i guess ahaha,

ahaha when are you going to get your M-Sport kit on? we can always try 5 E39's just need to hog up 2 lanes and show between the other 3 not sure what the police would say if they saw all that happen ahaha might even got some police lights in the pictures make it look like a chase? you guys know of any motorway patrol who would do that thou? would be an epic picture, then we need to get the police chopper in there too hovering low behind us going sideways... or we can always photoshop that in, but would be alot nicer if it was a legit photo

thanx took it with my phone camera, tried it with my actual camera but my actual camera lets too much light in, i was thinking i should try it with the ring lights on, cant do it with my fog lights on either they just too bright ahaha. but looks good like this too. Thanx

Yea that looks better than what i imagined!! if i could do something like that hopefully it will still look awesome with different colour E39's i can try get my mate to take pictures with his Cannon 550D. Yea that is true, cause when i was looking for an E39 at the time i was looking at the standard ones, didnt know much about the BMW then i spotted the M-Sport version and just wanted one ahaha, but couldnt find any good ones here in NZ so looked at importing one, that was hard too but finally managed to get one imported, had to wait a while for it thou but worth the wait, not too sure if i will be able to get one imported again as good as this one, but yea im still thinking if i should sell it or not, i had one guy offer me $15,000 for it mid last year but i rejected the offer... ahaha wasnt too keen to let it go. but will see how i cope with this years studies and decide from that.
