m_power 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2007 (edited) Hi all, I have reached the stage where my shift bushers are worn that the gear leaver will move side to side a little while in gear. Has anyone replaced the shift bushers in the e30s? and if so is it easy and how much? Car is a pre face lift 318. Cheers Edited May 31, 2007 by Bavarian Boy
Carl 3 Report post Posted May 16, 2007 It's not so much the shift lever itself that'll give you slop but the knuckle that connects the shift rod to the gearbox that'll be worn, not so easy to do with the g/box attached to the car
