Gus 5 Report post Posted May 16, 2004 well i thought this was my control arm ball joint...but i just replaced it so its not! i have a very very annoying knocking sound coming from my front left side....happens when the road is bumpy...its really pissing me off and i hope its not doing any harm...suggestions? threeta 0 Report post Posted June 11, 2004 from front will be tie rod ends from the end of the steering rack - does the knock go away under light braking?? then probably trailling arm bush (under drivers feet) or sway bar bushes - i've replaced all these on threeta - nearly quiet now!!
