hey all, just outta curiosity, will an exhaust manifold off a facelift e30 320i fit on my pre facelift e30 320i? Will it make any difference??

i know the exhaust flange is different so this means the manifold flange where the exhaust bolts on must be too? dont know about the part that bolts to the motor sorry.

Yep will do, front pipe flange is 4 stud on Motronic whereas 3 stud on Ljet, but will bolt up to head OK

the pre FL 320/323 (not sure about 325) manifold has about 2mm smaller ports than the facelift manifolds...the FL manifolds seem pretty good, maybe why crap headers dont have much gain

so what sort of power gain would you get by simply swapping a pre f/l manifold for a f/l manifold?

Not sure you would notice difference, be negligible anyway
