Yuen 16 Report post Posted August 24, 2007 Wow Ashkan, the wheels really make a difference! They look great on your car. Now give it a good clean, polish and wax to bring out that beautiful Hellrot.

Nobimmer 694 Report post Posted October 23, 2007 (edited) Righty ho Sorry bout crappy pics but heres some of the new ride height...pics don't do height justice at all being crappily resized, but front wheel is now tucked under the gaurd by about a centimetre...have half rolled them but will roll them properly in the next few days. Now lowered on Reset Dobi superlows which give a ~90mm drop allround and even shorter Munroe reflex shocks. Will start another war but meh each to there own. More to come in next few weeks... M3 front bumper and euro plates...watch this space. Edited October 23, 2007 by Token

Nobimmer 694 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 Oooh Nino sounds like a challenge to me haha will let them settle in then see how much lower I wana go lol Cheers Mark and hell yeh it got nothing over my old E30.....oh apart from reliabilty
Yuen 16 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 I would personally go at least 10mm higher but 90mm isn't as bad as I thought! Don't go any lower btw - remember this is the ultimate driving machine... the RCs are more suited to a 'race' look than 'pimped' (I am biased though - I hate 'pimped' BMWs). How's the handling Ashkan?

jpp 0 Report post Posted October 30, 2007 Lights look pretty good. What did you use to paint them red? Would assume Red Satin Glass Stain M10 Special? Looks good. Did you clear coat 'em? For those of you who don't want a sore neck;
Nobimmer 694 Report post Posted October 30, 2007 Cheers JP Pretty much did what Ollie told me to do and used White Night window spray from bunnings and White Night Clear enamel. Did 3 coats of red and 2 of clear making sure to do it slowly as and wait 2 days before clear coating it.Still not as glossy as my old ones that Ollie did. Must be a secret method
Yuen 16 Report post Posted October 30, 2007 Maybe you can polish it to make it glossier?
