that disgusting smell everytime i jumpED in my car

i clean the carpet, upholstery, everything. but this smell gets worse, kinda like rotten cabbage and chinese takeaways gone off, everytime i got in the car.

turns out it was coming from the boot, the left of the boot.

there is water in the left tray below the tails light, so i assume it's leaking in here but i'd just sealed my tail lights.

.....anyway there was a hole bout 8mm diameter in the back of the wheel arch and the wheel had been flicking dirt and water in here for god knows how long, the recent weather doesn't help. so i plugged it with some kneed it. no more smell.

wierd huh, don't know what could have punctured it or how.
