17s to standards

hey

i was just wondering when i change my 17s to standards does the ride hight change?

does it go any lower to the ground?

sory if its a stupied question i was just wondering.

No. Not if you are running the correct size tyres. The law says that the diameter cannot change by more than 5% from standard when changing wheel size. Therefore if you have the correct tyre size for your bigger wheels, going back to standard won't make any difference.

Its all perceptive/optical illusion unless you were running the wrong size tyres.

im running 45 profiles on my 15s so thats possibly why, but then i raised the car about 5mm at the rear, meh, handles better anyway
