hybrid 1043 Report post Posted October 30, 2007 fenders / side skirts are the cheap bit. bumpers about 1800-2k each boot / window frame / spoliers = another 5-6k + rear wind screen glass. you can fill the doors to kill the moldings. to do it OEM about 11-12k in parts then about another 5-6k prep and paint for a real nice job. Most people would be happy with just the box guards and mtech 2 front and rear.

I'd be keen to trade you my standard e30m3 rear wing as im looking to get the evo Grp A wing w/adjustable flap at the end of the year. Laurence. hybrid 1043 Report post Posted October 31, 2007 Yeap sure am, the panel and paint is the last thing on the list .. the next 6 months are all about the engine and related piping and roll cage. Its still works out more expensive buying an e30 m3 than doing what we're doing, you would also have to spend $$$ on pre/paint to get it the colour you want. Keep in mind we have completely uprated the rear drive train and halfshafts to m-coupe. Also running big brake kit / braided lines all round. So you have to factor that into an s50 turbo conversion, standard m3 running gear wont handle the HP. Interior will also be replaced after all engine and paint work is done.
