international 0 Report post Posted January 31, 2008 Just don't put any dents in them or you will probably fail your WOF. Light scrapes is OK. Thanks very much Bravo, there is like a layer of rubber or silicon over it, if those get scraped off, would it inccur rust?
bravo 35 Report post Posted January 31, 2008 Yeah over time. Just get under there every now and then, clean up the area with a wire brush and chuck some rattle can black rust inhibitor over the bare areas. Its not a great idea to be bashing them all the time, but as long as they are rust and dent free you'll pass your WOF.
