Just don't put any dents in them or you will probably fail your WOF.

Light scrapes is OK.

Thanks very much Bravo, there is like a layer of rubber or silicon over it, if those get scraped off, would it inccur rust?

Yeah over time. Just get under there every now and then, clean up the area with a wire brush and chuck some rattle can black rust inhibitor over the bare areas.

Its not a great idea to be bashing them all the time, but as long as they are rust and dent free you'll pass your WOF.

Get that under body seal for your wofs and slap it on. WOrks a treat.
