far4ngn 14 Report post Posted February 4, 2008 Havent used the 318is for a while and the battery has gone flat. Last weekend however, I thought I'd give it a run out, so jump started the car and suddenly petrol starts dripping out of the car near the petrol tank. Switched off car and the drips stopped... couldnt see where it was coming from but appears to be to top of the tank out of sight. Could it be the seal on the petrol pump? Any ideas? Where is the pump located?

Where is the pump located? Take the rear seat out and check fuel lines underneath the fuel tank sender/fuel pump cover...probably the high pressure hose leaking. Only use high pressure 7.5mm EFI hose tho..with new EFI hose clips
