Windscreen Valance?? and need a new blower fan

Hi

The 328 is getting a bit of attention at the moment, got the cooling system sorted now I would like to replace this front windscreen valance (if thats what is called?) as it is perishing.

My heater blower fan is squeaking/squealing on speed 1 and 2, and I think that it lives on the drivers side under this valance? So I think I should replace it?

Can anyone please advise me on where I can get these bits?

They call the front windscreen valance the 'cowling'. Part #51711977678 (Item #9 here: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?mo...fg=20&hl=25). The dealer or our forum sponsor should have it.
