yup had a chat to ray this morning, extremely helpful and has given me some ideas of what to do... eg buying back the wreck. he said if it ended up being written off and sold at turners...it would probably end up with him.

Can you buy your car back or nah? If not just go to the tow yard or wherever the car is and mission impossible some bottle caps on and take your wheels back. Have some bottles if you want them.
