That is awesome. I guess BMW must be promoting pretty heavily in Russia at the moment with the new levels of wealth being experienced by some sectors of Russian society (at the expense of most other sectors), but hey good on them (BMW that is).

Imagine the consent process and red tape hoops they would have to go through to do something similar in NZ.
