OEM) wheels will not fit on an E39 as the wheel centre bore is different (72.5 Vs 74mm). E39 wheels will go on a E34, but you "should" use hub centering rings. So it depends what you are trying to do!?!?! E34 to E39 or E39 to E34!?!?!
