im just wondering what oil we're all using

pleanty of U.S info on there detuned version

but ive got a eruo!!!

Isn't Castrol synthetic what the manufacturer suggests?

i read some where that synthetic oils harded the orings in the vanos unit

i dont want to be striping that down again anytime soon

so im wondering what brand and viscosity we're all using

i ran my old 325, toyota surf and honda xr250 on mx extra 15-40 diesel oil (cheap from work)

i look after my beema a bit more so i want to use the correct oil
