GLIDN 0 Report post Posted June 16, 2008 (edited) Exhaust Systems - Golf 1.8T Eurospec exhaust systems are designed to develop the highest power gains from the K0 series turbo while maintaining good midrange drivability, low external noise levels, and low cabin noise and harmonic levels. The complete turbo back system is comprised of a 61.0mm (2.4") diameter primary pipe to the catalytic converter and a 63.5mm (2.5") secondary pipe to the rear muffler. The cat back system uses a 63.5mm (2.5") pipe and includes a reducer adapter to fit the stock downpipe. These systems use a slip over type clamp which allows for installation adjustments and provides a good harmonic barrier between sections. Miltek turbo back exhaust only made 2-3 wkw difference. Exhaust tip comes with the system but has been removed from the exhaust to give it the standard GTI tip look.
