Fothers 5 Report post Posted July 18, 2008 (edited) My week just gets worse, and now the angle adjuster has stopped. I have searched a few overseas forums to no avail, and was wondering if any other E46ers have had this problem. Unfortunately it is default set to "2", (as in 2 fat bastards in the back seat) so the lights are pointing fairly close to the front of the car!! Any help appreciated - thanks, Rik Update. Having just had my head under the bonnet, I han hear the little "motor" that drives it working but still nothing... Yuen 16 Report post Posted July 19, 2008 When you say 'angle adjuster' do you mean the dial switch inside the cabin? So the servo is working but it isn't moving? Sounds like some gear is stripped... Try adjusting the lights using the adjustment screws on the headlights instead (how the WOF guys do it).
Fothers 5 Report post Posted July 26, 2008 It's a bloody miracle. It has fixed itself. Imagine that, a self repairing car - what will bmw think of next?
