allan 295 Report post Posted August 10, 2008 Three priests are having a quiet drink together and the conversation turns to how is the collection plate distributed by each of them. The first priest explains he has nothing to do with it. It is all sent to a higher place. The second priest says it is placed in an account for the up keep of the church and community issues. The third priest says I let divine intervention take place. He pauses a moment and with a slight smile on he face, as the other two priests look at him with baited breath. Finally he explains I stand before the alter and bless the collection plate then with one quick action flick the contents into the air.
