NEED HELP! Installing Alpine 9855 to E36 M3

Recommended Posts

Hi after owning the car for 3 1/2 years with factory stereo unit and a bargain chance on trademe for a good 2nd hand alpine headunit I decided it was time that I gave it a much needed upgrade on the m3.

However...

on the 1st day I removed the old unit and installed the alpine and managed to power it up HOWEVER the speakers wont go....

so on 2nd day i got XXXXX-1 audio installer to by pass the factory amp and run 4 speakers straight from alpine headunit, it seemed sound ok...

but on 3rd day i decided it wasnt okay and without the high pitch and mid level bass it was starting to sound real dull so...

On 4th day (Today) I got another XXXXX-2 audio installer to wire back the amp with all 6 speakers + 4 tweaters (all factory btw) running from the amp. and here is the problem:

-The right bottom speaker and mid range is going but very weak compare to the left side, also right tweater not going.

-Everytime I turn on the ignition while the audio is on there is sudden explosion of noise from rear right speaker and from then on there is constantly annoying WIZZING noise... it really is annoying and the audio installer just left because he ran out of time... Bad Bad Customer Service I must say... charged me $70 but to be really honest if some one can sort this out or at least find out a definate cause so I can remedy it somehow, I will pay premium!

Can some one help???

I dont mind paying... 021 112 1985 PLEASE...............
