start rant:

about 3 months ago some little sh!t head broke into my house and stole my cds!

i claimed insurance on them as i had over 100

they contacted me and told me to list them and they will replace them in full

i got the cds today

i got 5 cds

and a sorry note saying they couldnt replace the other 134?

i rung them an d they said they are sorry and cant do anything about it ?

what the fu<k is going on here?

i just got screwed over what should i do

?

dude, that is f**ked up.

Get back on the phone and request vouchers, they should do that.

I had the same thing happen ages ago and because they couldn't replace half of em they gave me the equal value in vouchers at Real Groovy.

Tell em you are pulling the plug on all insurance unless this is dealt with properly....

Dude, you seriously need to get some of this in writing.

If it was me, I would ring and say....

'Hi there, you guys have refused to supply property to me which was under cover with my insurance policy, I was wondering if you could please send me a letter outlining why you will not reimburse me for the property which was stolen and also reiterate what you have already suggested for me to do (burn them) as I am currently consulting my lawyer regarding this. I already have an audio copy of our conversations but would appreciate the written document also. Thanks'

The old man had his golf clubs (about 6-7K worth)nicked from our garage a while ago, AMI wouldn't come to the party, so we bluffed and said we'd pull all our insurance from them (6 cars, a few properties etc etc).... They came back to the party real quick.

Moral: blackmail is the only laguage insurers speak.

just had a very long phone call to the boss of tower

lots of swearing and yelling

they are sending me all of the original cds in the mail an letting me keep the blank ones
