is this a good price 140 for clear front and side indicators and eyelids for an e30 i emailed them and its 450Rand for shipping so the total for everything is 400R + 450R which is about $140 is this good?

Seems fairly good. Make sure you factor in shipping and insurance as this will add to the total cost. As you are sticking under the magic $600 you shouldn't be liable for customs duty.
